PURPOSE:To enable bonding with one pellet bonder by making pellets face to face with each other on a frame of two-row transfer lines after some of the pellets are turned to the direction at a mounting position during the transfer from the pellet supply source through the intermediate mounting position to the frame on each line. CONSTITUTION:A pellet 1 which is facing upward is transferred to an intermediate mounting position 2 by the first head 3A and then transferred to a lead frame of line A without changing the direction using the second head 3B. A pellet 1 of the other series which is turned by 180 deg. on the mounting position 2 facing toward the previous pellet 1 is transferred to a lead frame of line B. In this way, each pellet on the line A or B is made face to face each other and bonded with a wire using one pellet bonder and after collected in the same category, resin-sealed in a forming device 5. |
