<p>PURPOSE:To reduce scattering of a smoke or the like to the surroundings and enhance capturing efficiency, by providing a parallel flat plate type electric dust collector in a circulating passage. CONSTITUTION:The smoke or the like generated when cooking a material 18 to be cooked by a heating cooker 13 is forcibly circulated from an exhaust port 15 to a suction port 14 as indicated by arrows by a suction/exhaust fan 24 provided in the circulating passage, and is passed into a charging part comprising a discharging electrode 19 and a counter-electrode 20. Smoke particles entering the charging part are electrically charged by generating corona discharge, and when they come between detergent-containing water 22 and an auxiliary electrode 23, they are easily trapped by water 22 electrically by being repelled by the electrode 23, and are dissolved into water 22. Since a pan 21 containing the detergent-containing water 22 is detachably fitted, the water 22 can be drained by detaching the pan 21 after use.</p> |
