PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of glitch and switching noise attended with the switching of a switch by controlling a reference level of a control voltage of a gate corresponding to a level of an output signal. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor Q2 is turned on, an MOSFETQ1 is also turned on and an analog signal VA appears to a load RL as an output signal Vout, which is fed to a gate of the MOSFETQ1 by means of a power ground terminal GND and a TRQ2 being on-state via a unity gain amplifier IC1. Since the gate- source voltage of the MOSFETQ1 is VEE and unchanged, the on-resistance of the MOSFET switch element Q1 is constant regardless of the analog signal amplitude thereby realizing a linear on analog switch. |
