PURPOSE:To obtain a ferrite magnet pole which has ready manufacture and excellent properties by filling, sintering magnetic powder in a die formed with a cylindrical cavity, pressurizing and removing in the axial direction of the cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical molding cavity 7 opened at both ends is formed at the center of a die 6 of a sole cylinder, and magnetic powder 8 is filled between a lower punch 9 and an upper punch 10 engaged with the cavity 7. Then, the cavity is pressed by the punches 9, 10 in directions of arrows Q1, Q2. A molded product 8a thus obtained is removed from one hole of the cavity 7 in the direction of an arrow Q. The removed product 8a is then heated and baked to be applied with necessary strength. According to this method, the molding of the molded product is performed under high pressure, and can be continuously performed. |
