PURPOSE:To improve the quality of external appearance by covering three faces of a foamed elastic body having cell numbers of 30-35 sets/inch due to foaming by means of a foamed elastic body having a cell number of 40-55 sets/inch so as to form a coating film of a linear polyurethane as a major component onto the entire surface. CONSTITUTION:An ear pad 7 mounted on the front face of a headphone case 6 is formed by forming the polyurethane resin or the like as a ring form and a square cross section partly by means of carbon dioxide gas or a gas of a low melting point compound. Further, the three faces of the foamed elastic body 8 having a cell number of 30-35 sets/inch due to foaming are covered by the foamed elastic body 9 having a cell number of 40-55 sets/inch as a base plate and a film 10 formed by blowing a constituent for blown coated film made of linear polyurethane, low melting point ester, ketone and chlorinated hydrocarbons is provided to the entire circumferential face. |
