PURPOSE:To obtain a device for displaying a photographic field to the outside, which is efficient and can be seen sufficiently even in a bright place, without making it large in size by using an optical system for displaying the photographic screen on the outside as an active auto-focusing optical system. CONSTITUTION:At a self-timer photographing time, when a shutter button 8 is operated after operating a set lever 9, a detaining pawl is disengaged by the release signal of a controller 5, and a turning arm 4 is turned around a shaft 4a together with an infrared light emitting diode 3. When a photodetector 14 which receives the light from the object when the output is at peak, a distance measuring signal is inputted to the controller, and the detaining pawl stops the arm 4, and simultaneously, a photographic leans is set to the in-focus position. Thereafter, the controller causes a light emitting body 6 to emit light, and the photographic screen is displayed and the self-timer operation is indicated. When a photographing person can see the light emission indication of the light emitting body 6 in the distance measuring position, he confirms that he is in a photographic position and the self-timer is operated. Thus, the system for displaying a photographic screen 2 on the outside is provided in the auto-focusing light projection system. |
