<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which gives laminates having good interlaminar adhesion and excellent non-permeability and gas barrier properties, consisting of an ethylene copolymer, high-density PE and an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified ethylene copolymer or high-density PE. CONSTITUTION:89-30wt% ethylene copolymer (a) composed of ethylene and 0.2-20mol% of an alpha-olefin (excluding ethylene), 10-55wt% high-density polyethylene (b) and 1-15wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid (or derivative)-modified said ethylene copolymer or high-density polyethylene (C) are kneaded together to obtain the desired polyethylene resin compsn. (A). This compsn. and a gas barrier resin are laminated on each other to obtain a laminate. This laminate has very excellent interlaminar adhesion and initial adhesion which is not lowered even after the lapse of many hour. Further, the laminate has good non- permeability, gas barrier properties, resistance to oils and water, etc.</p> |
