PURPOSE:To sweep out unnecessary magnetic bubble data to each group to the outside of a guard rail by making two bubble generators writing a bubble to two minor groups independent of each other corresponding respectively to the different phase of a rotating magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:In writing a magnetic bubble, bubble generator G1 of an odd number minor loop group 11 is activated at an odd number period m=2n-1 of the rotating magnetic field and bubble generator G2 of an even number minor loop group 12 is activated at an even number period m=2n. Thus, the magnetic bubble data of an odd number only are arranged to the transfer path 41 of the odd number loop group and magnetic bubble data of an even number order only arranged to the transfer path 42 of the even number loop group in the write major transfer path of each loop group. When the magnetic bubble data are arranged in this way and the magnetic bubble is transferred in each minor loop, no unnecessary magnetic bubble remains at all in the write major transfer path. Thus, it is not required to sweep out unnecessary magnetic bubbles to the outside of the memory operation region and then no guard rail is required. |
