PURPOSE:To assemble simply and rationally a three-dimensional integrated circuit by providing a conductor member in the 3rd sub-level being different from or the same as the 1st and 2nd sub-levels at a pattern corresponding to a scheduled pattern. CONSTITUTION:The 1st sub-level exists on a ground plane 2 on a substrate 1 and plural Josephson junction sections 5, 5'- corresponding to the Josephson junction section 5 are provided in the 1st sub-level in series via conductors 4, 6 and 6' with a scheduled arrangement. A conductor sheet 10 having an opening 20 is formed via an insulation layer 9 to form the 3rd sub-level. The structure corresponding to the 2nd sub-level, i.e., the structure where plural control conductors 12, 13- as a magnetic field generating section via an insulation layer 11 is formed on the 3rd sub-level, and in this case, the control conductors 12, 13- cross with the Josephson junction sections 5, 5'- in the 1st sub-level of the lowermost layer in the orthogonal way respectively. |
