PURPOSE:To decrease the manufacture process and to make the quality stable by allowing the connection in a direction orthogonal to a coupling strip line to be conducted by a strip-shaped conductor layer and allowing the connection along a prolonged direction of the coupling strip line to be conducted by a wire or the like. CONSTITUTION:Gaps 17a, 17b, 17c and 17d are provided respectively to a base part at both ends of the coupling strip line 15a and to the middle part of the coupling strip lines 16a1, 16a2, 16b1 and 16b2. Then the coupling strip lines 15a1, 15b1 and 15b2, 16a1 and 16b1, and 16a2 and 16b2 are connected respectively by the strip-shaped conductor layer 18 via the gaps. Further, the connection short- circuiting respectively the gaps 17a, 17b, 17c and 17d while striding over the conductor layer 18 is conducted by the bonding wire 19 tensed along the prolonged direction of the coupling strip lines. |
