PURPOSE:To prevent blanks from deformation to provide accurate folding of the blank by a stopper provided with a positional guide for temporarily stopping the blank at the side of a chute. CONSTITUTION:A pair of folder rolls 3, 4 for feeding blanks 2 into a chute 1 provided vertically and a folder roll 5 contacting one roll 4 for folding the blanks 2 are provided below the chute 1. And at the side of the chute 1 is provided an generally inverted L-shaped stopper 6 pivoted about a shaft 7 by a drive means 9. Thus, at the chute 1 side surface of the stopper 6 are mounted aplurality of positional guides 11 formed vertically arcuately. And as a stopper portion 6a of the stopper 6 projects into the chute 1, the positional guides 11 abut against the middle of the blank 2 to correct the position of the blank 2. |
