PURPOSE:To reduce the economic load of a customer in a service aspect and to attain to enhance economical efficiency and durable quality in fabrication, by mounting a glass cover above a glass base plate having a solar cell formed to the surface thereof through a glass edge. CONSTITUTION:A tempered glass cover 11 is mounted above a usual glass base plate 14 having an amorphous solar cell 12 formed to the surface thereof except a time display part through a glass edge 16 freely detachable with a middle 13. By this constitution, the exchange of the cover 11 having no solar cell formed thereto becomes easy and, further, the cover 11 is strongly mounted in a double water-proof structure by the glass edge 16 and the middle 13. Therefore, a watch with a solar cell is constituted so as to be capable of attaining to reduce the economic load of a customer in a service aspect and to enhance economical efficiency in fabrication and the durable quality of the solar cell. |
