PURPOSE:To prevent the closure of a discharge port by providing a small container having a diaphragm on the bottom surface thereof and a discharge tube with the terminal thereof contacting the diaphragm piercing the small container while the tip thereof sticks out open above the surface of a liquid to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A dip tube 6 is inserted into a container 4 and a small container 9 is provided at the tip opening of the tube 6 in such a manner as to be equipped with a discharge tube 8 with the tip closed by a diaphragm 7 and the inlet thereof is opened or closed with the action of the diaphragm 7 while having the discharge port outside a liquid 5 to be measured. In operation, when the pressure on the top surface of the diaphragm 7 is equal to that on the undersurface thereof or smaller than that, the inlet of the discharge tube 8 is closed by the diaphragm 7, which traps a purge gas in the small container 9 to boost the pressure in the small container 9 thereby preventing the closure of the discharge port of the purge gas. |
