PURPOSE:To effectively guide low temperature solution from a coolant tank by providing a coolant tank and a mixture tank for storing exhausted coolant once fed to a cooling jacket to mix it with coolant from the coolant tank in response to the temperature change to supply it to the jacket. CONSTITUTION:A coolant mixture tank 8, a pump 9 for feeding coolant in the tank 8 to a cooling jacket 2, a coolant tank 10 communicating through tube means with the tank 8, a solenoid valve 11 provided between the tanks 8 and 10, a temperature detector 12 for detecting the coolant temperature in the tank 8, and a solenoid valve driver 12 for driving a solenoid valve 13 connected with the detector 12 in response to the output signal from the detector 12 are provided. Since the coolant of approximately uniform temperature can be fed to the jacket, uniform cooling is obtained, since the temperature change of the laser tube can be resultantly minimized, a laser beam of stable quality can be continuously obtained. |
