PURPOSE:To improve the utilization efficiency of both protection of secrecy and data for a data processor having a secrecy protecting function, by attaining the use of the requested data in case the using right of a user has higher priority than the using right added to said data. CONSTITUTION:A hierarchical level store means E stores the hierarchical level data on the using right of users set previously. When the use (output designation, designation for change of using right data on setting of data addition) of the data is fed from an input part B, a level deciding means F decides the difference of priority between the using right information obtained by the pass word of the user which is supplied together with said use of data and the using right information added to the data stored in a memory part D. When the input using right has a higher level than the set using right, a use permitting means G gives permission to a processing part A for use of data and delivers the requested data to a display part B, etc. |
