摘要 PURPOSE:To determine the value of temperature compensating resistor in a short time automatically by a method wherein the programmed variable resistor is connected to the position where the temperature compensating resistor of the semiconductor pressure sensor is to be connected and the resistance value of said variable resistor, an ambient temperature and a pressure are varied automatically to measure the output voltage of the pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:The programmed variable resistor 17 comprises three resistor blocks 17a, 17b and 17c corresponding to the resistors RP2, RS and RL respectively and each of said blocks 17a-17c is composed of a plurality of resistors and switches. The switches in the resistor blocks 17a-17c are controlled ON/ OFF conditions by the control signals from the personal computer 16. Consequently, the resistance value corresponding to the control signals from the computer 16 can be obtained between the terminals. Also, the terminals of the resistor blocks 17a-17c are connected to the digital resistance meter 19 or the scanner 20 through the change-over switches 18a-18c.
