PURPOSE:To raise the operability of connection by exactly connecting ducts by a method in which the rear bent portion of a duct connector is cut diagonally by leaving its one side intact, and the cut portions of the duct connector are detachably attached to ducts. CONSTITUTION:An intake port 15 to be connected with the rear heater port 13 of a heater unit 11 is formed in a crank-like duct connector 9, and a sealant 17 is attached to the peripheral edge of the intake port 15. The rear bent portion 19 is cut diagonally by leaving its one side 21 intact, where the one side 21 serves as a hinge having some play allowance by an R-portion formed in a hair pin shape. The opening peripheral edge on the cut side of the connector 9 is fitted into opening peripheral edge of the duct main body 3, and recessions 23 to be coupled with projections 25 of both sides of the connector 9 are provided on the inner surface of the side wall of the main body 3. The connector 9 is locked thereby. The movement of connected position is regulated by an elastic material 27 attached to the end portion of the cut side of the connector 9. |
