PURPOSE:To enable a new and aesthetic interior decoration by making visibility at the time of running favorable, by providing instruments on the inside of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:An instrument panel case 2 is fixed to an inner cylinder 10 which incorporates instruments 1 and is provided with a cavity into which wires 4, 5 communicating with the instruments are insertable. The inner cylinder 10 is secured and supported by a car body 9 through an instrument panel fixing bracket 11 provided securely to the car body 9. A steering wheel 7 is fixed to a shaft cylinder 3 through a support arm 12, and the shaft cylinder 3 and a rotary shaft 15 are connected with each other through connecting gears 13, 14 provided on respective end parts of them. |
