PURPOSE:To improve the workability of windings by producing windings n1 and n2 having a small diameter and winding N1 and N2 having a large diameter with one wire respectively and constituting them so that magnetic fluxes have additive polarities and using open ends of windings n1 and N1 as power supply terminals and using open ends of windings n2 and N2 as load terminals. CONSTITUTION:The winding n1 having the small diameter and the winding N1 having the large diameter where magnetic fluxes are in directions opposite to each other are wound around one leg of a frame magnetic core 1, and the winding n2 having the small diameter and the winding N2 having the large diameter are wound around the other leg. Windings n1 and n2 having the small diameter and windings N1 and N2 having the large diameter are constituted with one wire respectively and are connected in series, and they are so constituted that magnetic fluxes have additive polarities. Series windings n1 and n2 and series windings N1 and N2 are connected by one wire respectively as shown in a figure, and windings n1 and n2 are inserted to windings N1 and N2 to obtain double-layered windings, and they are bent into a channel shape and are inserted to both legs of the frame magnetic core 1 simultaneously. Open ends of windings n1 and N1 are used as power supply terminals t1 and t1', and those of windings N2 and n2 are used as load terminals t2 and t2'. |
