PURPOSE:To restore normally information data by preventing the generation of an erroneous sample signal due to mixing of a noise or the use of a PN code having a side lobe even if the noise is mixed in the side lobe of a correlation output or the PN code having a side lobe is used. CONSTITUTION:When information data is ''0110'', contents of the first shift register 8 are outputted to the first frame of a selected output A because preceding data is ''0'', and contents of the second shift register 9 are outputted to the second frame because preceding data is ''1'', and contents of the second shift register 9 are outputted to the third frame because preceding data is ''1''. Similarly, contents of the third shift register 10 and the fourth shift register 11 are outputted to the first frame and the second frame and the third frame in a selected output B respectively. Thus, in one of output signals phi1(t) and phi2(t) of comparators 6 and 7 where selected outputs A and B are subtracted from a correlation output phi(t), the side lobe is cancelled to be zero in one frame. Consequently, a sample signal E which is logical ''1'' in accordance with the peak point of the correlation output phi(t) is obtained. |
