PURPOSE:To perform the charging processing for a short-time contract subscriber easily and locally by providing the function which stores hours and minutes of service and the frequency of service, a value in every unit of charging information correlative to them, or a cumulative value in every plural units in an additional unit added as required or a convertional mobile station device and reads out stored contents as required and displays them. CONSTITUTION:When the start of the mobile station device is completed after the power source of the mobile station device is turned on, the mobile station device exchanges information with a base station or a mobile exchange to enter into the stand- by state for an originating or terminating call. When a call is originated or terminated, a voice channel is acquired in accordance with a known sequence. A charging information recording part detects this acquisition to start counting the time of monopolization of the voice channel. When this call is terminated and the voice channel is released, the charging information recording part detects this release to stop counting the time of monopolization of the voice channel. A storage part can be divided to a unit storage part and an accumulation storage part. Stored contents are sent to a display part all the time or as required and are displayed on a display device. |
