PURPOSE:To manufacture plural laminated heat exchangers cheaply by superposing alternately heat transmitting plates of large heat conductivity having many small holes and metallic plates of small heat conductivity and joining, and cutting along planes parallel to the direction of flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION:Heat transmitting plates 3 having many small holes to let flow fluid made of metal of large heat conductivity and heat insulating plates 4 that have no small hole but have shape to form partitions for dividing flow passage and made of material of small heat conductivity are piled alternately and joined by adhesive or diffusion joining. Then, joined and continuous part of the heat transmitting plates 3 and heat insulating plates 4 are cut between cut lines 5 and 6 and two laminated heat exchangers are manufactured by one joining processing. Thus, laminated heat exchangers can be obtained cheaply and in a short time. |
