PURPOSE:To increase load resistibility and to raise reliability of thrust bearing by making at least either one of rotary side and fixed side bearings as a ceramic bearing, on whose surface spiral grooves which have a depth of 3-50mum are formed. CONSTITUTION:At least either one of rotary side and fixed side bearings is made as a ceramic bearing and on the surface of rotary side or fixed side of this ceramic bearing 1, spiral grooves which have a depth of 3-50mum are formed. Surface of the ceramic material is covered with spiral resin mask, micronized grinding material is sprayed on said surface, it is shot blasted, and spiral grooves which have a depth of 3-50mum are formed on the surface of it. In this process, ceramic bearing 1 is manufactured. |
