PURPOSE:To obtain the title molded item whose color can be easily changed without wasting any resin when the color is changed, by feeding a colorant directly to an extruding screw via a different route from that for a thermoplasitc resin raw material free from the colorant, and melting and kneading them followed by extrusion. CONSTITUTION:While a thermoplastic resin raw material (A) that does not contain any colorant is fed to a hopper 10, a molding colorant (B) is fed via a different route from that for the resin raw material (A), that is, via a cylindrical guide section 4. As an extruding screw 11 is rotated, on the one hand the resin raw material (A) in the hopper 10 is fed via an opening 12 to the extruding screw 11 and on the other hand the colorant (B) is fed from an opening 41 to the extruding screw 11, then while they are delivered forward of the screw they are melted by heat and kneaded, and the uniformly mixed resin raw material (A) and colorant (B) is delivered to an extruding die to obtain the aimed colored synthetic resin item. |
