PURPOSE:To manufacture a hologram plate with good reproducibility having a uniform characteristic by executing heating or humidifying control of a photosensitive material layer, and sealing airtightly the surface of the photosensitive material layer, when a Bragg angle or a diffracted light quantity has reached a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:An optical beam 2 for monitoring is irradiated to a hologram plate 1, the hologram plate 1 is heated or humidified, detecting its diffracted light 3 by a detector 4, and when the output of the detector 4 attains to the maximum and an incident angle of the optical beam 2 attains a Bragg angle condition, a surface layer 6 such as a glass plate, etc. is stuck by applying an adhesive agent 5 immediately, and subsequently, sealed airtightly by irradiating the ultraviolet rays. Accordingly, the variation of a characteristic of every hologram, and ununiformity of a Bragg angle or a diffracted light quantity in one plate are eliminated, and the hologram plate 1 having a uniform characteristic extending over the whole surface can be manufactured with good reproducibility. |
