PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a switch at the time of output short- circuit by preventing an overcurrent, by providing a switch for changing the charge of capacitive load, a detection means for detecting a predetermined value or more of a current flowing to capacitive load and a control means for opening and closing the switch on the basis of a detection signal to the drive circuit of capacitive load. CONSTITUTION:One of the signal phi from an inlet terminal 4 is connected so as to open and close a first switch 1 through a control means 11 comprising a semiconductive apparatus control rectifier while the other thereof is connected so as to open and close a second switch 2 through an inverter 3 as a signal -phi complementary to the signal phi. That is, the first switch 1 and the second switch 2 are alternately opened and closed by the signal phi. In addition, a current detecting means 10 such as a resistor is provided between a first potential 6 and the first switch 1 to detect a predetermined value or more of an overcurrent and the control means 11 is controlled by the obtained detection signal. |
