PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for maintenance at all and to attain the cost reduction by repeating the output of pulses for storbe light emission when the coincidence is obtained between the set angle value and the pulse count value. CONSTITUTION:A pulse which is detected by a pulse detector 22a for each revolution is supplied to a comparator 27 via a waveform shaping circuit 26a as a start signal for pulse count. While 360 pulse signals which are detected by a pulse detector 22b for each revolution are supplied to the comparator 27 via a waveform shaping circuit 26b. The comparator 27 counts the pulse signals supplied from the circuit 26b after receiving the input of the start signal. When the coincidence is obtained between the count value of the pulse signal and the angle value set by a light emitting angle setting device 28, the strobe light emitting pulse is delivered from the device 28. The same action is repeated by the next start signal. The pulse signals sent from the detector 22b are divided and counted by a counter 30 and then displayed by a rotational frequency display device 31 in a sampling cycle of one second. |
