PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a solar water heater, by resolving problems in regard to a dead space produced by installing a heat exchanger, a heat loss in the heat exchanger, and freezing in the secondary circuit of a heat exchanger, by inserting the primary and the secondary circuits of a heat exchanger into a storage tank, having heat conductive relationship between them. CONSTITUTION:The primary circuit 4 is constituted of a heat collector 1, the primary circuit 2 of a heat exchanger 9 having the primary and the secondary circuits 4 and 8, and a pump 3 to circulate heating medium. On the other hand, the secondary circuit 8 is constituted of the secondary circuit 5 of a heat exchanger 9, a storage tank 6, and a circulating pump 7 on the side of a storage tank. The primary and the secondary circuits 2 and 5 of a heat exchanger are inserted into the storage tank 6 having heat conductive relationship between these circuits. As a result, such problems as a dead space produced by installing a heat exchanger, a heat loss in the heat exchanger, a possibility of freezing in the secondary circuit of a heat exchanger, the running cost, and the looks of an apparatus can be resolved. |
