PURPOSE:To enable organic waste having a high moisture content to be burnt by a self-burning system, by a method wherein the organic waste having a high mositure content is introduced as a swirl flow together with a high temperature air for swirl combustion, and is separated into ash and exhaust gas, and the exhaust gas is utilized to preheat the air for incineration. CONSTITUTION:Crushed organic waste is fed through a feed port 16, and a high temperature preheated air for combustion is fed through a supply opening 18. A high-speed swirl flow is generated by means of a high-temperature and high- speed flow to rapidly dry and incinerate the waste. Only exhaust gas after combustion is guided to an exhaust cylinder 19, it is exhausted to the open air at a low temperature through a heat exchanger for preheating the air for combustion, and an ash content is dropped in an ash gathering chamber 13 located at the central part of a furnace floor and is discharged through a lid 14. |
