METHOD FOR DETERMINING TRANSFORMING GLOSS FACTOR

PURPOSE:To quantify a TGF (transforming gloss factor) in a liquid to be examined accurately and easily by allowing the RL (radioactive isotope) labelled TGF and a TGF antibody to react on each other in the liquid to be examined and separating the combined material between the RI labelled TGF and the TGF antibody and the RI labelled TGF, which does not react, from each other. CONSTITUTION:The TGF and the TGF antibody are allowed to act on each other in the liquid to be examined. The combined material between the RI labelled TGF and the TGF antibody and the RI labelled TGF which does not react are separated from each other. Thereafter, one separated RI labelled TGF is determined. Thus, the TGF in the liquid to be examined is determined accurately and easily.
