PURPOSE:To provide the cure accelerator for a resin containing terminal silyl group/silanol group, composed of phospholene and an acidic substance, having excellent storage stability, capable of reducing the amount of storage stabilizer used in combination with the accelerator, and giving a cured product without deteriorating the physical properties of the cured resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective cure accelerator is obtained by compounding (A) a phospholene (preferably the reaction product of an alpha-diketone such as 2,3-butanedione with a phosphorous acid triester such as trimethyl phosphite, e.g. 2,2,2- trimethoxy-4,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphospholene) with (B) an acidic substance (preferably a 1-20C organic carboxylic acid such as octylic acid) at a weight ratio (A:B) of preferably 1:0.5-1:3. The silyl group of the resin containing terminal silyl group/silanol group is preferably a group consisting of Si bonded with hydride, halogen, alkoxy, acyloxy, amino, amido, aminoxy, mercapto and/or alkenyloxy groups. |
