PURPOSE:To produce a light hollow product, with a small amount of forming material by a method in which a male mold is formed by filling the inside of the flexible hollow body having an opening at its one end with a removable filler, and after the forming material is put adhesively on the forming surface and is solidified, the filler is taken out and then the hollow body also is taken out. CONSTITUTION:A rubber or resin flexible hollow body 15 is composed of a forming surface 13 and a supporting part 14 and has an opening at one end thereof, and then said body 15 is filled with a removable filler 16, whereby a male mold 17 is formed. The forming surface 13 is covered adhesively with forming material by a suitable method, and after its solidification, the filler 16 is taken out first, and then the hollow body 15 is also taken out, thereby manufacturing the desired hollow product 18. The design of the economical thick wall durable sufficiently for physical strength under the environment in which the formed product is used, may be achieved, whereby the material used may be reduced and the product weight may be also decreased. |
