<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of an organopolysiloxane containing a specific unsaturated group, organohydrogen polysiloxane, platinum and rhodium (compound) and giving a cured coating film surface free from the bleeding of silicone by irradiation. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) an organopolysiloxane composed of (i) an organosiloxane unit of formula I [R<1> is organic group containing unsaturated group; R<2> is 1-30C univalent saturated (halogenated) hydrocarbon group; a is 1-3; b is 0-2; a+b is 1-3] and (ii) an organosiloxane unit of formula II [R<3> is 1-30C univalent saturated (halogenated) hydrocarbon group; c is 0-3], and containing >=2 unsaturated bond in the molecule, (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane containing >=2 hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atom wherein the molar ratio of the Si-bonded H atom to the unsaturated group of the component A is 100:1-1:100, and (C) platinum (compound) or rhodium (compound).</p> |
