1. Apparatus for picking up and eliminating wastes (6), such as animal excreta, of the type comprising a supple envelope (9) forming bag or pocket with an opening (9a), side bellows (9b, 9c) and means of picking up the wastes, said means comprising two rigid plates (31 , 32 ) which are secured on either side of the opening (9a) each of said plates having the general shape of a rectangular shovel of which one edge (31 a, 32 a) is extended by a handle (71 , 72 ) which is narrower than the plate and each of said side edges (9a1 , 9a2 ) of said opening is fixed to one of said rigid plates in a band situated along said edge, characterized in that the free edge of each one of bellow (9b, 9c) comprises an indentation (15b, 15c) which connects said free edge to the fold of the bellows and permits to visually control the picking-up operation. |
