PURPOSE:To enable to utilize continuously the solar energy under the best condition by a method wherein the periphery part of a tent covering the upper part of a heat accumulating pond is secured in airtight manner to the periphery part of the heat accumulating pond, then the heat accumulating pond is protected by making the outside air to be fed into the tent. CONSTITUTION:A tent 21 is formed of a film made of flexible plastic, and large enough to able to cover the upper part of a heat accumulating pond 20a. The periphery part of the tent 21 is secured to the periphery part of the heat accumulating pond 20a in airtight manner. Further, the outside air is made to be fed into the tent 21 with a blower 23 and the like. Thereby, the heat accumulating pond can be protected and the solar energy is continuously utilized under the best condition. |
