In an appliance for the uniform and controlled discharge of granules, the distribution takes place by way of a metering device and a limiting device onto a rotating disc, from which the granules are thrown radially towards the housing wall and onto the outer surface of a frustoconical collecting device. The granules roll from here downwards into a discharge device and pass by way of hoses to near-ground dispensing devices and onto the ground. The metering device is driven in a speed-dependent manner by means of a ground wheel.
