The solution concerns separation of meat from large bones, mainly in thighs of poultry and other smaller economically useful animals.The principle of the device consists in infinite conveyer, on which there are bone grippers and under the upper branch of the infinite conveyer there is a segmented ring divided onto two identical half-rings equipped with shape segments. The bone grippers consist of a hollow body, in which there are fixing jaws controlled by an opener.<IMAGE>
