In the vicinity of the leading edge (20) of at least one input stator blade, in its leaf (7) there is a longitudinal groove (3) in which there are two impulse temperature sensors (18, 19), one of which stands at least four tenths of the total leaf (7) length away from the leaf (7) foot (21). The second temperature sensor (19) stands at maximum of one tenth of the total leaf (7) length away from the leaf (7) foot (21). The impulse outlets (22) of the temperature sensors (18, 19) are led in longitudinal groove (3) then in vertical groove (4) in the leaf foot (21), from which the are through a bore (23) in shoulder ring (9) of the pivoted pin (8) of the blade brought into cylindrical hollow (11) of this pin (8), from where they are led out together with outlets (14) of the heating bodies (13) into conducting groove (15) of the stator bull ring (2).<IMAGE>
