PURPOSE:The titled composition containing an N-(substituted phenyl)- tetrahydroindole-1,3-dione derivative and a [[[[(substituted pyrimidin-2-yl) amino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl]benzoate derivative in combination. CONSTITUTION:A herbicidal composition containing a 2-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-n- pentyloxycarbonylmethoxyphenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-isoindole-1,8-dione expressed by formula I and ethyl 2[[[[(4-chloro-6-methxypyrimidin-2-yl) amino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl]benzoate expressed by formula II at 1:0.0001-10, particularly 1:0.005-2 weight ratio as active constituents. This composition is capable of removing selectively various weeds, particularly a wide range of weeds in peanut and soybean fields, and the herbicidal effect thereof is synergistically increased. The composition can be applied in a small amount of chemical and the weeding spectrum is extended. |
