PURPOSE:To arrange a communication cable circuit network extending broad area under a high effective cable protecting state by inserting and arranging an optical fiber cable into a fluid conduit and connecting a transmitter/receiver for communication to a terminal of the cable and providing a communication center to the center. CONSTITUTION:The end part of the optical fiber cable 2 inserted into the conduit of a communication base OB is taken out to the outside of the conduit through a gas non-spouting unit 8, A/D converted by an A/D converter 6 and connected to the transmitter/receiver 3 and also connected to a central communication center 4 through a general communication equipment 5. A valve station BS is provided with a take-out unit 7 for siding the cable over the upper and down stream positions of the valve BS. The A/D converter 6 is connected to a part 2A of the cable 2 which is taken out to the outside of the conduit through the unit 7, and a pressure sensor PC, flow rate sensor QC and a valve controller VC are connected to the converter 6. |
