<p>A process for obtaining functionally and morphologically intact and viable leucocytes and thrombocytes from blood is disclosed. Erythrocytes are removed from the blood and then the leucocytes are separated by centrifugation and treated to remove trace amounts of erythrocytes and thrombocytes. The thrombocytes are obtained from the supernatant produced by the centrifugation.</p> |
