PURPOSE:To shorten working time to be taken for excavation and embedding by a method in which a hook part is couled to an existing structure, a penetrator is attached, a pile is set in the guide groove of the penetrator, and then the pile is penetrated into the ground by a jack. CONSTITUTION:A small hole 6 is drilled in a positon where a pile is to be driven in an existing structure 1, and an L-shaped plate 7 is contacted with the foundation 1. Under the condition that hook parts 5b are coupled with the plate 7, a penetrator 5 is attached, and a steel pile 8 is set in the guide groove 5a' of a guider 5a. The steel pile 8 is penetrated into the ground by an oil-pressure jack 5c by a stroke of the piston rod 5c', the rod 5c' is retracted, and an insert 9 is put into the space formed on the upper end of the steel pile 8. The steel pile 8 is again penetrated by the jack 5c. |
