PURPOSE:To make it possible to adapt the titled tank to an apparatus having an explosion-proof structure, by mounting not only a washing mechanism moving between the stand-by position outside a tank and the interior of the tank to a mixing tank with a stirring mechanism but also a stirring blade position detecting means to the stirring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a nozzle 14 moves to stop at an upper position (b), power is again supplied to a drive apparatus 5 for a minute time and stirring blades 3, 4 are rotated along with a shaft 2. When the shaft 2 rotates by 120 deg. and a detector 7 is operated by a detection piece 6, the supply of power is stopped to stop the stirring blades 3, 4 at that position. When the stirring blades 3, 4 are stopped, a drive apparatus 15 is operated to raise and fall the nozzle 14 between the upper position (b) and a lower position (c) and a washing solution is supplied to respectively wash the inner wall surface of a tank 1, the shaft 2 and the stirring blade 3. The rotation of the shaft 2 and the raising and falling operation of the nozzle 17 are alternately repeated corresponding to the number of the stirring blades 3 to respectively wash the inner wall surface of the tank 1, the shaft 2 and the stirring blade 3. |
