PURPOSE:To make it possible to move only a measuring cell and to expand the range of applications of an infrared-ray gas analyzer, by independently providing the main body of the analyzer and the measuring cell, and combining the main body and the cell by optical fibers for infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:A main body of an analyzer 22 has a light source 23, light collecting systems 30, a chopper 31, an analyzing signal detector 33, a reference signal detector 34, a comparator 35, a display part 36, and the like. A measuring part 21 comprises reference optical fibers 24, a cell input optical fiber 25, a cell output fiber 26, light collecting systems 27, windows 28, and a measuring cell 29. An infrared-ray analyzer comprises the main body 22 and the measuring part 21. The lengths of the fibers 24, 25, and 26 are made long. Only the measuring cell is taken out and moved to free places so as to make analysis. The large main body 22 is not required to be carried to the spot of gas measurement and the measurement can be performed in the narrow place. |
