<p>PURPOSE:To hold the secret of a document and to shorten information transmitting time by coupling a copying machine and a sorter with a facsimile device and reading out a destination code and a copy number code appearing on recording paper to process these codes. CONSTITUTION:When a facsimile part FX receives picture information, the recording paper 1 is sent to a recording/cutting part 3 and the picture is recorded on the recording paper 1. The recording paper 1 is cut off in each prescribed length and then discharged to a receiving paper discharing tray 5. Subsequently, the recording paper 1 is carried to a copying machine part CY and positioned on a contact glass. When a destination code and copy number code on the recording paper 1 are read out by a reader 11, the copying machine part CY starts the copying operation and the picture on the recording paper is copied on a transfer paper 22 and the transfer paper is sent to a sorter part SR. In the sorter part SR, deflection pawls 34A-34B are actuated to respective deflection positions on the basis of the read-out data of the destination code and the required number of carried transfer paper is discharged to paper receiving trays 32A-32E.</p> |
