PURPOSE:To perform an efficient and economical operation of a conference by supplying and displaying conference time, residual time and timing signals for forecast end from a conference reservation center based on a conference time program according to reservation information. CONSTITUTION:At a conference reservation center, a reservation connection controller prepares a conference time program based on a time counting signal from a timer 3 according to reservation information from an input terminal 1. According to the program, required timing pulses are outputted from a conference time setting circuit 4, a residual time counter pulse generation circuit 5 and a forecast end pulse generation circuit 6 and fed to a time counting signal receiving processor 7 of a corresponding TV conference room. Then, the conference time, residual time, forecast end and the like are indicated on a display 8 thereby enabling an efficient and economical operation of the TV conference. |
