摘要 PURPOSE:To accomplish miniaturization and to improve accuracy in measuring gas concentration, by providing a film, which transmits a gas to be measured at the tip of the first tube, and inserting the second tube for gas feeding into the inside of the first tube, whose rear end is opened for gas exhausting, from the rear. CONSTITUTION:A gas detecting needle 1 is inserted, e.g., in the tissue of a living body, and suction by sucking device 11 and feeding of N2 gas are started. By the N2 gas which is exhausted from the tip of a tube 6, O2 or CO2 gas is quickly guided to a gas analyzer 12 through an exhausting port 4 and a tube 5, and the concentration of the O2 or CO2 gas can be measured. At this time, the insides of measuring systems 1 and 5 are not made to be a high vacuum state. The N2 gas, which does not react with the O2 or CO2 gas is circulated. Therefore, the measuring systems can be miniaturized, destruction of cells is less, and the gas filling becomes quick. The gas which has passed a transmitting film 3 is sequentially and quickly guided, and the sucking force of the sucking device 11 is controlled to be constant. Thus the highly accurate concentration measurement can be performed.
