PURPOSE:To reliably and accurately turn ON a main control element by directly connecting an auxiliary control element at the rear stage of a programmable unijunction transistor. CONSTITUTION:When a programmable unijunction transistor is turned ON in a certain phase in a half cycle that the upper line becomes positive, the anode current of an auxiliary control element (c) is not only flows through a resistor (a), and a rectifying stack (b), but flows through a load and the gate of a main control element, diodes (e), (f). Accordingly, the element (d) is reliably triggered. Even after the element (d) is turned ON, the element (c) continues the ON state by the current flowed through the resistor (a). |
