PURPOSE:To receive discharged sheets of paper while arranging them in the direction of the width by means of each pair of guides in the width direction provided on a tray body. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of first, second and third projections (4,4), (5,5), (6,6) in the width direction corresponding to each size A4, B4, A3 of sheets of paper A1, A2, A3 respectively, are provided on a tray body 1. When sheets of each size paper A1, A2, A3 are discharged, the sheets of paper are received between a pair of first projections 4, 4 in the case of the paper A1, whereas, in the case of the paper A2, the lower faces or the tip edges of sheets of paper A2 are guided by a pair of the first projections, the both side edges of the sheets of paper A2 are guided by a pair of the second projections 5, 5, and the sheets of paper A2 are received between the second projections 5, 5. Equally, in the case of the paper A3, the lower faces or the tip edges of sheets of paper A3 are guided by both pairs of the first and the second projections (4, 4), (5, 5), the both side edges of the sheets of paper A3 are guided by a pair of the third projections 6, 6, and the sheets of paper A3 are received between the third projections 6, 6. |
