PURPOSE:To obtain the title catalyst showing high capacity for converting methanol to gasoline, by respectively adding an aquenous solution (A-solution) containing a N-containing org. cation and an inorg. acid and an aqueous silicate solution (B-solution) to an aqueous ion-control agent solution (C-solution) according to a specific method. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution (A-solution) containing) a metal salt having a composition, of which the general formula (mol%) consists of 15-3500 Si/Me, 0.3-1.0 OH<->/SiO2, 30-100 H2O/SiO2, 0.05-0.15 R/R+an Alkali metal and 0.01- 0.06 NaCl/H2O, an N-containing org. cation and an inorg. acid is prepared. In the next step, the A-solution and an aqueous silicate solution (B-solution) are mixed with an aqueous ion-control agent solution so as to adjust pH to 10 and the formed gel and the separated mother liquid are subjected to hydrothermal reaction in an autoclave while the formed reaction product is washed with water, dried and baked. Subsequently, the baked one is subjected to ion-exchange treatment in an aqueous HN4NO3 solution and the treated one is washed with water, dried and baked in an air stream to obtain an objective metallosilicate catalyst. |
